Return, Refund & Shipping Policy – DailiBasket

At DailiBasket, customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

All orders are delivered under our Open Box Delivery system.

Customers are required to check the product at the time of delivery before making payment.

Please verify:

• Correct product
• No damage or defects
• Correct quantity
• Proper packaging & accessories

👉 Once the product is checked, accepted, and payment is completed, the order will be considered final.

🚫 No Return / No Refund Policy:
After successful verification and payment at delivery, returns or refunds will NOT be accepted.

In rare cases where there is a genuine issue after delivery, requests will be:

• Reviewed by our support team
• Subject to approval after verification

If approved:

• Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method / UPI (3–7 business days)
• COD orders: Refund via UPI / bank transfer / store credit

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once packed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed

To cancel, contact us immediately.

Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.

We currently deliver only in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

• Delivery time: Same day or 1–2 working days
• Orders before cutoff time may qualify for same-day delivery

Delivery updates will be shared via call or WhatsApp.

• Reverse pickup arranged within 4–5 working days
• Replacement shipped after product inspection

DailiBasket follows a strict Open Box Delivery system to ensure transparency.

👉 Customers must check products at the time of delivery.
👉 Once accepted, the order is considered final and non-returnable.
