Return & Refund Policy

At DailiBasket, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Open Box Delivery Policy

All orders are delivered under an Open Box Delivery process.

Customers are requested to carefully inspect and verify the product at the time of delivery before making payment.

Please confirm the following before payment:

  • Product is correct

  • Product is undamaged

  • Quantity is correct

  • Packaging and accessories are complete

Once the product is checked, accepted, and payment is completed, return or refund requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

If there is any other issue after delivery, refund requests will be processed only after verification and approval by our support team.

If approved:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method or UPI within 3–7 business days

  • COD orders: Customers may be asked to share UPI ID or bank details for refund processing

Important Note

Please ensure all products are checked before payment, as DailiBasket follows an Open Box Delivery system for customer convenience and transparency.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once packed/shipped, cancellation is not possible
• To cancel, contact us immediately
• Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days

Shipping Policy

We currently deliver only within Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Orders are processed and delivered within 1–2 working days.

Delivery Time:

• Greater Noida: Same day or within 1–2 days, depending on order time
• Orders placed before cutoff time may be eligible for same-day delivery

Tracking or delivery updates will be shared via call or WhatsApp.

Note:

• We do not offer delivery outside Greater Noida at the moment
• Please ensure your delivery address is within a serviceable area before placing order

Reverse Pickup & Exchange

• Reverse pickup will be arranged within 4–5 working days
• Replacement will be shipped after product is received and verified

Refund Policy (Important)

Refunds are issued only after product inspection.

Refunds may be provided as:

• Store Credit / Coupon
• Original payment method (if applicable)
• COD refunds via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Store Credit
