• We currently deliver only within Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors
• Customers must provide accurate address and contact details

5. Payments

• We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD)
• All payments must be completed before order processing (except COD)

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

Customers must follow the process mentioned in the policy for any claims.

7. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible
